To help minimize and reduce risk and exposure during this difficult time, all sales will be final. 

In the rare event that you have received a defective item, please send us an email stating the defect with a photo attached to the email.

Contactless local pick up is offered in Lefroy (Innisfil). Designated pick up/ drop off crates are placed out front for easy access.

At Bee Clean Boutique, we work hard to ensure that you are receiving quality handmade products, however, if you are unsatisfied with your order you can request for a refund or exchange within 14 days.

In order to be eligible for a refund, the product(s) must be unused and in the original packaging.

Custom orders can be labor intensive and finished custom products cannot be resold, therefore are final sale.

Sale and clearance items will be final sale.

Return product(s) can be dropped off in Lefroy (Innisfil), Ontario or can be shipped.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer.

In the case of a return being shipped, original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Bee Clean Boutique cannot guarantee that your item will not be lost en route so please consider using a trackable shipping service.

Once product(s) have been received and your refund request has been approved, a refund will be issued within 48 hours. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be posted in your bank account.
